How do I make changes to a class?

Once you have set up a class you may need to change some details such as the course reference, the date etc. You will be unable to make any changes from your account but you may request a change via your ATA portal.

To do so select the 'manage class' option next to the class that needs a change made

You will then be given the option to select to 'request a class change'

An email will be sent to the CommScope Infrastructure Academy detailing the changes and once these have been made you will be emailed to notify you the changes are complete.
