We’re introducing a new Company Admin Dashboard

Who gets access?

A new Company Admin tag will automatically be added to the Passport Administrator’s account when they have a valid Passport. If the Passport expires, the access will automatically be removed.

What can Company Admins see?

A new entry point on the user dashboard will provide access to four read-only views:

Company Details

View the company name, company tree, Partner ID and Passport information.

Users

See users associated with the company, including their name, company and account status.

Training

View booked training, training status, certificate numbers and expiry dates, as well as file-access expiry dates for incomplete training. Admins can also bulk download all valid certificates.

Badges

See badges awarded to users, including the badge name, recipient and expiry date where applicable.

Export Data

Information across the dashboards can be exported to Excel or CSV
