What Happens If I Fail an Assessment?

Failing an assessment does not always mean you have failed the course.

Step 1: Complete the Course

Continue working through the course until you have completed all assessments and course content.

Step 2: Check for a Course Reset

When you reach the end of the course, a Reset Course option may be available.

If the Reset Course option is displayed, select it to restart the course and try the assessments again.

If No Reset Option Is Available

If you do not see a Reset Course option:

• Course resets are not available for that course.
• To complete the training again, you will need to book or purchase a new course.

Important

A failed assessment does not always result in a failed course. Complete the entire course before checking whether a reset is available.
