How long have I got to complete the training?

Once you have purchased a course, you have one year to complete the course. If you haven't completed your course within this time, you will lose access to the training material and will not be able to complete the assessment and gain your certificate.

If you have purchased a course using a Training Passport, then you still have one year to complete your training, however if the Training Passport expires before you have completed your course, then you will lose access to you training and will either have to renew your Training Passport, or purchase the course again.

The time you have remaining to take a course is indicated on the course itself, so you can always be aware of how long you have left.
