How to Change Your Email Address

Log into your account.

Go to My Profile under your account details.

Select Security.

Next to your email address, click the padlock icon.

The email field will unlock so you can enter your new email address.

Click Update Email to save your changes.

If you experience any issues, our support team will be happy to assist you and can update your email address for you.

  • Your full name

  • Your current email address

  • The new email address you would like to use
