My Credit Card has been rejected. What can I do?

My Credit Card has been rejected. What can I do?

Payments made on the CommScope Infrastructure Academy are processed using Stripe, a leading and globally recognised payment clearing system and this allows us to accept payments from anywhere in the World. Credit cards may be rejected, refused or declined if they are limited only for use with national clearing banks rather than international.

Cards getting declined is something CommScope Training have no control over. This is not CommScope Training declining the card. It is either Stripe or your Credit Card issuer that is stopping the payment. These declines are designed to protect the card holder.

You have several options:

Discuss with your card provider

You may call your bank and ask them to approve the charge to Cabling Science Limited OR ask them to allow International transactions, then you can try your card again in the Academy shop.

Pay by PayPal

An alternative payment method is PayPal. PayPal is one of the most popular and trusted ways to make secure international payments online. It is very easy and simple to use and you DON'T have to have a PayPal account to use it.
