Recertification Rewards

For rewards that are recertification certificates, the certificates will not be made available immediately, as they are subject to an eligibility check to confirm the student has previously completed the appropriate certifications. This can take up to 2 working days. If no record can be found, the student will be emailed to provide proof of previous certification, and the order will be cancelled if not valid.
