Translate language within a course
For Captions
If English is not your first language, you’ll be pleased to
know that our website is available in over 109 different languages using the
Google Translation tool provided within your browser.
Before entering the course, please select your preferred language from your main dashboard.
All our lessons include subtitles below the webcast, and
these will change to your selected language.
Language options for captions are available on webcasts in
selected courses.
For Audio
Press
Play on the webcast to begin the video.
Once
the video is playing, click the language selection box in the bottom right
corner of the player (where it displays the current language, e.g. English
(Default)).
Select
your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
Anything shown within the webcast screen itself will not
be translated, as this is not supported by the training software. Only the
subtitles and voiceover within webcasts are translated.
Quizzes and knowledge checks within webcast lessons will
remain in English but standalone assessments outside of webcasts can be
translated.
