When will I receive my certificate or badge?

Certification is provided for all successfully completed courses. Self print certificates are issued for all courses and these can be found on your Dashboard and click on Certificates which can be found along the top right, or the down the left hand side.

Please note that whilst most certificates are produced automatically some do require admin to create copies or process them so you may experience a delay.

For CommScope Partners, a photo ID badge will be provided for relevant training courses which will be visible from the badge page of the Dashboard page, and via the Infrastructure Academy App. For more information on Badges and which courses are displayed please go to About Us and Certificate & Badging and then click on the Certificate & Badging document.
