Why is my passport not working?

If when registering for training you receive an error message when entering your passport details, please first contact your passport administrator to check you have the correct information. 

When you first register for a user account our admin team are required to confirm the account, these are usually confirmed within 24 hours. Until you account is confirmed the system will not recognise your companies passport details.

If you are still receiving a passport error message even after your account has been confirmed please contact us
