Can I retake an assessment/course if I fail?
Our policy is not to reset course assessments. However, we will review the nature and circumstances of the failure, if required, and discuss it with you and/or your local CommScope representative.
Any reset of assessments may incur a further administrative charge, in addition to the original course fee.
